2. Digital Products
Since our products are digital credits and services that are instantly credited to your account upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the transaction is completed and the credits have been used.
However, if you have made a purchase by mistake and have not used any of the credits, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the credits you purchased, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund or replacement credits.
